Dr. Ghayal is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois. Dr. Ghayal provides psychological services for children, adolescents, adults and geriatric populations. He specializes in psychological testing and individual psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. He provides oversight of clinical services provided by psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and other therapists. Dr. Ghayal’s role also consists of educating providers on relevant clinical processes, including assessment, provision of therapeutic services, and proper documentation. Dr. Ghayal has previously worked in supervisory and patient advocacy roles within the Chicagoland area. His MBA program completion has enhanced his leadership development and has had a positive impact on decision-making and cross-functional skills at the intersections of clinical, business/product development, healthcare technology and innovation. Dr. Ghayal enjoys traveling, watching sports (the Bulls are his favorite team!) and going to the park with his dog.

Dr. Tariq is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois and is a member of PSYPACT, which allows her to practice in 31 states across the country. Dr. Tariq provides psychological services for children, adolescents, adults and geriatric populations. Dr. Tariq specializes in psychological and neuropsychological testing, individual and family psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Tariq has given workshops to parents, teachers and school counselors on adolescent mental health issues and intervention strategies. She has experience working with patients experiencing oppositional or risk-taking behavior, attention disorders, parenting/discipline problems, domestic violence, eating disorders, academic motivation and school failure, ADHD, alcohol and substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Dr. Tariq enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and cooking.

Dr. Polk is a Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois. Dr. Polk provides psychological services for children, adolescents, adults and geriatric populations. She has obtained specialized training with a concentration in children and adolescents. She has worked as a Substitute Teacher, Therapeutic Mentor for foster children, and Therapist at a Therapeutic Day School. Dr. Polk has also worked as a behavioral therapist with children on the autism spectrum, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Polk specializes in psychological and neuropsychological testing, individual and family psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Polk has a niche to getting children and adolescents to engage in therapy. She is skilled at treating various emotional and behavioral difficulties, such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, grief & loss, anger and aggression, adjustment issues, suicidal thoughts or behaviors, self-injury, and school challenges. Anjali has cultivated a distinguished professional career within the healthcare industry at the intersections of clinical, administration and strategic management. Her expertise spans a rich spectrum, encompassing client success, digital health, inpatient/outpatient services, academic medical centers and pharmaceutical health. Anjali has a foundation rooted in data-driven insights. She has a profound ability to dissect, discern and elevate operational practices through data analytics and technology.
She previously served as the Business Manager at Rush University Medical Center in which she provided administrative oversight of two nationally ranked and accredited graduate programs in the Department of Communication Disorders and Sciences (CDS), Doctorate of Audiology program and Masters in Science in Speech-Language Pathology program. Anjali also worked for Northwestern Memorial Hospital and The University of Chicago Medical Center in which she learned how to optimize facility workflows and patient management. Her impact in these roles led to overall process improvement, increase productivity and clinical innovation.
